| Private tours, Levi and multi-day trips: under 3 days | No refund — one free reschedule if there is space |
| Levi day trip | 30% of the price is a non-refundable deposit |
| We cancel (weather, roads, safety) | Full refund or a free reschedule, your choice — we tell you by midday |
